As I review the provided simulations, my target audience is 6th grade elementary school students.
Simulations:
The first simulation I am going to review is on http://www.edheads.org/activities/knee/index.shtml
We are going to replace a virtual knee.
I really like this simulation because it involves the student not only by requiring a click-as-you-go experience, but there are questions that the student has to answer as well in order to move on in the surgery.

We also get to read charts and compare them to other values which fulfills multiple state standards. (6.S.1.6.3 Select
and use appropriate tools and techniques to gather and display data, and
6.S.1.6.4 Use evidence to analyze data in order
to develop descriptions, explanations, predictions, and models.)
As we continue through the activity, there are several other opportunities for students to get immediate feedback for their answers.

We get to interpret x-rays,
write on our patient with a marker,
and cut bone spurs off bones.
I had a really good time participating in this activity. There were also many other activities that reinforced anatomy, encouraged students to infer the outcomes of procedures, and have fun while doing it.
The second simulation I'm reviewing is http://webadventures.rice.edu/index.html.
This simulation is definitely heard toward an older audience. The vocabulary was much too advanced and there was not enough instruction for 6th grade students to follow. There was no sound provided to read the conversations on the screen

and the instructions were vague. I would not use this simulation with my 6th grade students, but if I were teaching high school, it would be a great resource.
Simulation 3:
The website http://www.sciencekids.co.nz/gamesactivities.html is another website I found games that will reinforce the human anatomy. You can also transfer your knowledge, once you've completed the human body, to other animals. That's kind of a fun idea to present to 6th graders.

However, there is not much variety in the options for the games. Nor are they appropriate for children in the 6th grade, but they would be appropriate for children in about 3rd grade.
Resources
I gathered my resources in Scoop.it the link to my page is here.
The following 10 resources, listed at my Scoop.it page, will be able to be used to support my final project theme which is the Human Body Systems.
1. The Respiratory System Video-Will be used to introduce and review the respiratory system.
2. Urinary System Video-Will be used to introduce and review the urinary system.
3. The Brain-Portions of the video will be used to introduce the nervous system, while the end portion will be used to review.
4. What to know - and do - about stroke - used as a reference when we talk about the disorders of the circulatory system.
5. MedTropolis - an app that will be used to manipulate the different parts of different body systems so students can interact with internal parts of organs.
6. The Discovery of Cells - will be used before we talk about any of the specific body systems so students understand the importance of structure and different functions of an animal cell.
7. Types of Human Cells - Once students understand the basic structure of cells, we will learn about more specific human cells, their anatomy and their functions.
8. Why Cancer Cells Leave the Tumors? - Some cells grow erratically and form tumors which can be cancerous. Why do cells metastasize? This article will be used to explain.
9. Build a Body - Give students an opportunity to review all the body systems, how they fit together, and how they function together. They have the ability to build their own body. Interesting to see if they build one similar to the body they have, or if they leave out parts/systems they deem 'unnecessary'.
10. Human Body Systems; the 11 Champions - will be used to intro the entire unit, while the individual system videos will be used to talk about more specific systems.
